Zamorano hosted a lively Extracurricular Fair 2025 last Wednesday evening, bringing together students from various fields of study to explore a wide range of clubs and activities beyond the classroom. The event, held on campus, created a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where students could learn about the many opportunities available to enrich their academic and personal experiences.

The fair aimed to support the holistic development of students by showcasing a diverse selection of clubs and groups covering everything from spiritual activities to science, innovation, art, culture, wellness, and social impact. Zamorano strengthens research efforts with Sustenta Honduras

On March 22nd, Zamorano, in partnership with Sustenta Honduras, had the privilege of hosting Dr. Christa Hasenkopf, Director of the Clean Air Program at the University of Chicago. She delivered an insightful talk to students in the Environmental Science and Development program at Zamorano. In her presentation, Dr. Hasenkopf emphasized the critical role of air quality monitoring, stressing how it forms the foundation for creating effective mitigation strategies and preventive policies based on data.

2025 Innovation and Technology Congress

The 2025 Innovation and Technology Congress officially kicked off with the participation of the university community and the public at large. Held at the Palacio Universitario de los Deportes of the Universidad Nacional AutĂłnoma de Honduras (UNAH), the event spanned two days, aiming to create a collaborative space for discussion on the latest advancements and challenges in innovation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, and the future of society.
