With over 25 years of experience, his professional background includes corporate banking, multilateral banking and international non-profit organizations, specializing in high impact fundraising in the medical, surgical and educational sectors. His areas of expertise include Credit Management, Corporate Risk, International Programs, Corporate Finance, International Trade, Communications and high impact fundraising for international organizations with regional and global presence in Honduras, Latin America and the United States. His career includes positions at Citibank, Operation Smile, Inc, Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica, Plan International Inc, Operation Smile Honduras.

Nicaraguan with Salvadoran nationality and holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Education, Design and Art. She has worked for Zamorano for twenty-one years. Since 2018, she has served as Legal Representative in El Salvador, acting as a liaison with the public and private sectors and cooperation entities. She has contributed to the "Feeding El Salvador's Future" campaign for Salvadoran fourth grade students, raising funds through various campaigns and managing donations. For six years, she led the implementation team of the country's home gardens program with a focus on education, nutrition and food security, funded by GOES/MINED. As National Coordinator from 2015 to 2017, she led Zamorano's accreditation, certifying it as a training center for continuing education, and to date has promoted agreements and agreements with different sectors of the country and organizations under the Continuing Education Program, linking graduates and providing support for their job placement. It has also participated in the admission process of Salvadoran scholarship holders, highlighting the scholarship program and the collaboration with the Salvadoran Institute for Personal Development and the Howard G. Buffett Foundation. Between 2003 and 2014, she provided support to various projects in administrative areas and initiatives promoted by the Institutional Development Department.

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of impact programs, mainly in the health sector, both locally and internationally, in public and private contexts. In addition, she has worked as a market analyst and researcher.

He has developed business in twelve countries in multinational companies of mobile telephony, consumer goods and agribusiness. He has a deep knowledge of Latin American markets, reaching high level positions as Country Manager in Peru and Regional Manager for Central America and the Caribbean. He has been part of the management team overseeing operations in Colombia and Argentina. He has led the creation of economic and productive strategies, acting as an advisor with the ability to articulate and coordinate results, provide lines of action and create public policies. He has experience in managing high performance teams in the areas of sales, trade marketing, retail, logistics and quality. He is an agricultural engineer from Zamorano and has an MBA from INCAE.
