Agribusiness Management Engineering

We train professionals capable of managing and leading agri-food systems and businesses related to the agricultural sector, combining knowledge in production, economics, marketing, and sustainability. Its comprehensive approach enables graduates to adapt to market trends, optimize resources, create added value, and contribute to the sustainable and competitive development of the agribusiness sector.

The program offers comprehensive training that strengthens each student’s entrepreneurial and leadership skills, preparing them to generate a positive impact on the global agri-food sector.

It is dedicated to training professionals capable of addressing the challenges of agri-food systems through innovative technological and social tools, knowledge management, and the application of principles of sustainability, resilience, and inclusion.

The educational approach promotes a learning environment grounded in strong values, where each student is able to collaborate in a transdisciplinary manner across different business areas within the agri-food system. 
By identifying local and international opportunities, graduates of this program are prepared to foster personal growth, strengthen the well-being of their communities and families, and contribute to a more prosperous, competitive, and food-secure world. 

In addition, the program offers three tracks that allow students to specialize according to their interests and professional goals:

  • Gestión de Proyectos, capacita al profesional para planificar, dirigir y optimizar proyectos agroindustriales, integrando análisis financiero, estrategia empresarial y gestión operativa. Su enfoque diferenciador se centra en la innovación y la sostenibilidad, preparando a la persona egresada para desarrollar iniciativas eficientes, competitivas y con impacto positivo en los sistemas agroalimentarios y en la comunidad.
  • Emprendimiento, forma profesionales capaces de identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar empresas agroindustriales sostenibles e innovadoras. Su enfoque diferenciador radica en preparar a la persona egresada para liderar proyectos empresariales que generen valor económico, social y ambiental dentro de los sistemas agroalimentarios.
  • Analítica de Negocios, capacita al profesional para tomar decisiones estratégicas en los sistemas agroalimentarios mediante el análisis y la interpretación de datos. Lo que permite a la persona egresada anticipar tendencias, optimizar recursos y diseñar estrategias competitivas y sostenibles basadas en información precisa y confiable.
