Zamotón 2026 · Fifth edition

Your donation starts with one student. It does not end there.

In Latin America we have the talent

Every year, young people with dreams receive financial support to study and change the course of their community.

The ripple effect

A donation does not end with one student

01
Your donation
It goes straight into the Scholarship Fund.
02
A scholarship
It covers access for a young person with potential.
03
A student
Years of scientific and hands-on training.
04
A professional
Applies what they learned wherever there is a problem to solve.
05
A community
Production, jobs, and local knowledge.
06
A region
Stronger agrifood systems across Latin America.

Scholarships from previous editions reached young people from Honduras, Belize, Paraguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Ecuador, Bolivia, and the United States.

Your country counts

You donate from your country. And your country competes.

When you donate, your country adds up with you. If it ends among the top donor countries, a young person from that country will receive financial support to study here.

Zamotón is the whole community giving on the same day.
