Zamorano University, in collaboration with the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) and the International Regional Organization for Plant and Animal Health (OIRSA), hosted the workshop “Regulatory Science and Plant Health Protection” on October 19. The event aimed to strengthen participants’ technical expertise and expand their knowledge of plant health, regulatory practices, and food safety.

Zamorano University welcomed representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Honduras for a visit aimed at strengthening academic and institutional partnerships. The delegation had the opportunity to learn more about Zamorano University’s educational model, explore its innovative initiatives, and discuss potential areas for collaboration.
