Master's Degree in Coffee Growing and Business

Coffee is a sector that is constantly changing.

Coffee cultivation is very dynamic, with frequent changes in business structures and a continuous redefinition of marketing agreements. While the production structure of coffee cultivation cannot be easily adapted in the short term, given the long-term investments in perennial plantations, processing and marketing practices are subject to significant product and process innovation. The Master's Degree in Coffee Growing and Business offers essential courses on this subject with the degree of professionalizing master's degree. Courses related to coffee science and technology will focus on the applications of sustainable practices in the production and processing of this crop to ensure its quality.  

On the other hand, the business courses will cover topics related to the operations, management and marketing of coffee to achieve greater efficiency and added value.  

The general focus of the master's degree is based on the concept of sustainability as a framework to face the current challenges of the sector. 

Developed in partnership with the EAFIT University of Colombia, it offers students a deep understanding of the coffee industry, combining technical aspects of coffee production and processing with a solid background in management and business.
