Ombudsperson
The term "Ombudsperson" comes from "Ombudsman" in Swedish, which means "one who listens to the people".
This role is found in governments and universities, promoting justice, human rights and communication. At Zamorano, the Office of Ombudsperson, established in 2006, serves as an independent and confidential channel for dealing with academic and student life matters, mediating conflicts and providing impartial advice. Their role includes facilitating communication and communicating to management about issues affecting the institution.
This extracurricular was born to help and teach people of all ages to learn this sport, since its creation it has had a lot of acceptance on campus. The objective of the group is to train professionals and to be able to represent Zamorano to national competitions and, in turn, to be a learning experience so that they can improve the strategies of the game.
What is the complaint box and what is it for?
The complaints mailbox is a secure electronic reporting channel that allows complaints to be submitted anonymously. It allows anyone in the community in Zamorano to provide information about complaints, complaints, or improvements without fear of reprisals.
