Eng. David Torres, a graduate of the Agribusiness Engineering program, under the supervision of Marvin C\u00e1lix, E.M.A., and Martin Leal, M.Sc., conducted a study focused on implementing business intelligence tools to analyze the behavior of agricultural products (<em>commodities)<\/em> in the United States market.<\/p><p>The study proposes the implementation of a platform based on Power BI, a tool that allows large volumes of data to be integrated, visualized, and analyzed dynamically. Through this technology, patterns, price trends, and market behaviors can be identified, enabling a better understanding of how agricultural commodities are marketed. <em>commodities)<\/em> agricultural<\/p><p>The results demonstrate how the use of structured data can support decision-making at both the business and production levels. The research highlights the potential of business intelligence to improve competitiveness, optimize decision-making, and open new opportunities in increasingly complex and globalized markets.
