Tegucigalpa, Honduras - July 30, 2024 - Zamorano is pleased to announce the launch of the\n\u201cYouth in Sciences\u201d program designed to inspire and motivate young hondurans in the\nexciting field of research and science.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This pioneering initiative seeks to bring seventh, eighth and ninth grade students to high-level\neducational experiences that allow them to explore various scientific disciplines through hands-on workshops, laboratory visits and interactive activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The program, which addresses areas such as biology, chemistry, entomology and animal\nreproduction, is structured to not only provide advanced technical knowledge, but also to foster\nscientific curiosity and cultivate critical skills such as investigation and problem solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abEstamos sembrando una semilla para la formaci\u00f3n de futuros(as) cient\u00edficos(as) e investigadores hondure\u00f1os(as), lo que es crucial para impulsar el avance de las ciencias y el conocimiento en el pa\u00eds, asegurando un futuro de innovaci\u00f3n y progreso sostenible que permitir\u00e1n abordar de mejor forma los desaf\u00edos futuros del sector agroalimentario del pa\u00eds\u00bb, dijo Sergio Rodr\u00edguez Royo, rector de Zamorano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The project's goal is to benefit students from various educational centers in the municipality of\nSan Antonio de Oriente during the year 2024, providing them with access to cutting-edge\nresources and skills development. By 2025, it will seek to expand the reach and impact in more\ncommunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
