This opportunity allows the university to exchange experiences, explore innovative approaches, and strengthen initiatives aimed at advancing higher education.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c32f8f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0c32f8f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b429864 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b429864\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>During the summit, Dr. Jorge Cardona and Emily Moradel represented Zamorano University and shared the institution\u2019s ongoing efforts to enhance its educational model by integrating experiential learning, interdisciplinary approaches, and competency development. Discussions explored key factors in driving meaningful innovation in higher education, including engaging university communities in institutional change, empowering faculty and staff to champion new initiatives, adapting institutional structures, and implementing changes that can be sustained and scaled over time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93b105c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"93b105c\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-933ec47 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"933ec47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For Zamorano University, joining this international alliance is also an opportunity to contribute insights from its own educational experience.
