Zamorano University has been selected to join the inaugural cohort of the Innovation Sandbox, a global learning network incubated by Duke University through the Future Universities Alliance. The initiative aims to accelerate innovation and transformation in higher education through international collaboration and shared learning among institutions worldwide.<\/p>

<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The inaugural cohort brings together 49 institutions from 23 countries across five continents. Participants were selected through a competitive process that evaluated their potential for impact, institutional commitment, and capacity to drive transformative initiatives within their respective contexts.<\/p>

Over the next 12 months, participating teams will engage in peer learning communities, facilitated sessions, expert exchanges, and follow-up meetings designed to strengthen their institutional projects. The program will culminate in the Global Summit, which will take place October 3\u20135, 2026, in Durham, North Carolina, United States.<\/p>

Zamorano University will participate in the New Initiatives New Initiatives in Existing Institutions<\/em>which focuses on universities advancing new initiatives and strategic transformation efforts within established institutional structures. Through this participation, the university will share experiences and explore new opportunities to strengthen educational innovation, institutional development, and the impact of its comprehensive educational model.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The selection recognizes Zamorano University\u2019s more than eight decades of experience preparing leaders for Latin America through a distinctive educational model that integrates academic excellence, experiential learning, leadership development, and values-based education.<\/p>

This opportunity will also enable the university to contribute to global conversations about the future of higher education by sharing insights from its Learn-by-Doing model and its ongoing efforts to advance academic quality, innovation, and institutional excellence.<\/p>
